Fee Stucture

IM Mortgage Solutions believes in transparency and fairness when it comes to fees. Our goal is to provide expert mortgage and protection advice tailored to your needs, while ensuring our costs are clear from the start.

Mortgage Services

The typical, and maximum broker fee is £450 for mortgage services. This fee covers the full advice and arrangement of your mortgage, and it is only payable once your mortgage offer has been issued.

In some cases, the fee may be reduced or even waived entirely, depending on the service provided. The fee will be confirmed to you in writing before any application is submitted, so there are no surprises.

In addition to any fee charged to you directly, we also receive a procuration fee (commission) from the mortgage lender upon completion of your mortgage. This does not affect the product you are offered and will always be disclosed in your mortgage illustration.

Insurance & Protection Services

We do not charge any fee for the advice or arrangement of insurance products.

Instead, we receive a commission directly from the insurance provider when a policy is taken out. As with mortgages, this will be clearly disclosed to you prior to proceeding with the policy.
